The @COM Mail Call is a feature of the @COM CTI Client allowing you quickly create an email requesting someone to call back a certain caller. This "Call Back" email can be created using simple mail templates that will convert a call to a standard email message within your standard mail client. De mail message will automatically be filled with the information taken from the call including date and time. In principal all variables supplied by the @COM CTI Server can be placed inside the mail message creating solutions for nearly every scenario.
Note:
The @COM Call Pop-Up application requires the @COM CTI Server and per user license to function. This @COM CTI Server can easily be installed on any Windows based system or even on any web-server you might have within your organization. The @COM CTI Server is sold separately and is also licensed through the @COM Business Manager's license system.
